How to solve PayPal problem when buying subscription on RoundTheme

Just recently we’ve found the information which can’t be paid through PayPal Business account and a user gets the following message on PayPal side: We’re sorry, but we can’t send your payment right now.

That happens because of the local law in our country, which says that legal entities are required to confirm payments in banks, so any transactions between business accounts are not allowed.

You’re free to pay invoice with Personal PayPal account, there is no problem with it.

So, if you want to pay from your company’s account, please use 2Checkout that accepts PayPal too.

If you have already tried to pay and got a problem with purchasing PayPal via Business account, feel free to do it again according to the advice above (use personal PayPal account or use alternative payment processor 2Checkout and pay from your PayPal Business account).
