Hi Jacques,
Joomla templates were discontinued and excluded from the distributive packages.
I can send you this template via the email, but there is no support for it.

In fact I bought your template in order to get Kunena INSIDE an existing template, and not an iframe or 100% of the window space. And I saw your demon template with a nice header above Kunena. This is what I need ofr my interface, so yes !

But in fact, I get this (module positions activated) :
