Show login form in template and not as modal

5 years 5 months ago #739 by Astrid
Is there a possibility or workaround to show login form directly in template underneath the menu in stead of as a modal popup? Our experience is that a small button isn't very clear for our users.

Already solved it by making an override for login widget.

Good to hear the problem has resolved and sorry for long reaction.

By the way, it is possible to assign Joomla module (login module) to a Kunena template position.
Available positions: main-top or kunena_top

This is a good way for social authorization extensions like Slogin.

How to add Joomla login module - this guide gives an example of using custom login module in a modal window. But you can disable login in the modal window via template configuration and display login module using any of the positions listed above.

Like our extensions for Kunena?
