Uddeim Notifier Question

Good Morning (at least its morning here!).

I am using your Kglorius template and am wondering if there is a bit of code that could place the Uddeim notification in a more obvious place than on the content popup. I would like my users to see the notification if they log into the site on a different page, then simply go to the forum.

On the old templates it was a text link in the upper panel. Any thoughts on how this might be accomplished?

Looking about this a bit more, if this little box which currently displays on the profile:



Could display on the right hand side of the quick jump bar?



That would be really helpful, and would also, I think, make the notifications be visible on mobile as well.

I am still chasing this down and am wondering if you might be able to point me to the code in. The template that displays the “new private messages”graphic in my earlier post?

My thought is I would like to try and create a simple module, possibly just using code in a custome Joomla module, that would simply display that button and the associated counter. Alternatively using CSS added to the stock UDDeim notifier module may yield the same results. I could then display that module in a sidebar or elsewhere to reach the same result.

Any possibility you could guide me just a bit until you incorporate this into a future template? Any thoughts/guidance is most appreciated.
