Hi Nathan,

1. This is how the Kunena is basically designed and there is no option to enable/disable "More" button. Sorry.
2. You can override language strings. Please go to Extensions > Languages > Overrides, add new overrides.
Using search filter you can find requires constants:

COM_KUNENA_THANKYOU_REMOVED_SUCCESS

Thank you very much. I was able to adjust the remaining Thank You areas to Likes, even for profiles.

I was able to remove the more / lress buttons using this method.
