I am so sorry for the delay in replying to you.
Sometimes RSS feed doesn't work as excepted, so I got no notification about your topic and thus did not notice it.

Is all theme updated & compatible with Kunena latest version?

All themes are compatible to Kunena 5.1 version.
However, there is no WYSIWYG editor mode and Unread page layout.
We're planning to do it in the next update.
