Hello,

I bought (today) your Kunena Template RND Kability and I have paid with Paypal.
Where I can load now the template files? Because in my profile are not files in the Download section and the template is still in my cart.

But I recieved the Paypal confirmation about the payment incl. transaction code etc.

Hello Jessica,
Yes, the payment was received. But the callback wasn't processed after the payment due to the issue and the subscription wasn't created. It is 2Checkout issue.
I just been created a subscription for you. Please log in to the site and proceed to My downloads section.
