I just purchased the Kelegant, where can I find downloading template button??? It seems to be very basic, but I only found the invoice downloading button.

I am having the same problem. Just paid $40, now it wants me to pay another $15 for the template. Anyway to fix this?

I had to purchase a single license to download it. Please refund and cancel my site membership. Thanks, post a reply here when completed. Please don't give me the run around like so many other Joomla vendors.

You have purchased Personal subscription plan on Extensions , to get access to all templates you need template subscription plan . Alternatively it's possible to buy a single item. You just made a mistake when purchased a subscription, but it's not a problem with refund, Sir.
If you need access to all templates - I can update your first order and assign subscription from extensions to templates and make a refund for single item or just make refund on 1st order ($39) and you'll get access to single product only. Please let me know what is best for you and I'll handle your request asap.
